Solid Finished kitchen

Solid Finished kitchen Cabinet means the doors are made from MDF or solid wood with painting finished, there are a few layers of the painting process: 2 x base coating, 1x color paiting, 2x clear finished coating.

Main producing precess of our solid finished cabinet doors including:

–CNC profile rounting: The profile of door is rounted out by CNC machine, we can do with raised style and shaker style.

–Sanding: After door profiles have been created, following step is sanding, from #800 sanding paper to #1500, the door are treated well and get ready for painted proces.

–Painting: Painting work is the most important process, we do: 1st base coat(primercoat)–>sanding–>2nd base coat–>sanding–>color layer–>1st clear finished–>sanding—>2nd clear finished–>fixing if necessory after QC.
