Sintered stone kitchen is of a kitchen cabinet whose doors are made with stinered stone, surface of the doors material is 3mm thick sintered stone.

A Sintered Stone Kitchen Cabinet means the cabinet doors are made with sintered stone, the cabinet carcass material still is plywood, bench top(counter top) is quartz stone or sintered stone.
Sintered stone is a new partner of kitchen cabinet door materials, it was just starting to be popular these 2 years.
Key points of the sintered stone kitchen:
1.Door Material: There are 2 types construction for sintered stone door, one is 3mm thick sintered stone attached onto surface of 18mm thick MDF, the other one is 3mm thick sintered stone with aluminium framed around.
2.The benchtop is made with sintered stone(or a quartz stone to keep the cost lower). The thickness of sintered stone need to be at least 12mm thick to use a benchtop/counter top.
A closer look at sintered stone cabinet door:
There are 2 differnt type of consctruction for sintered stone door, one is 3mm thick sintered stone attached on MDF panel, the other one is sintered stone with alumnium framed around.
We suggest going with alunium framed, because it is lighter in weight while still could be strong enough, waterproof, good to use on outdoor kitchen.

More details of the sintered stone kitchen cabinets:
- Cabinet carcass(Cabinet boxes) are made with 18mm thick plywood, E1 standard enviroment friendly certificated, back panles are 9mm thick, cam-lock fixed construction.
- Drawer slider and door hinges are same as normal wooden cabinet doors, we use undermounted soft closing slider, soft closing hinges, 2 different cost level: Chinese local brand DTC and top quality around world: Blum.
- Counter top/bench top: 12mm thick sintered stone, 40mm high with mitered joint for front endge.
- Kitchen base cabinets have ABS adjustable legs, from 90 to 110mm high
- Kitchen wall cabinets are hunged and fixed on wall with pull blasting screws.
